Turning a miter gauge into a bandsaw resaw fence is a great idea. But only if you know how to set the fence up for drift compensation. It’s a simple process, but has to be done correctly or your resaw work won’t come out right. A simple test cut is all that’s required to establish the drift angle for the fence.
