Creating a live edge cribbage board on your CNC adds a few wrinkles to the process. You most likely won’t have a straight edge you can work from to determine where you want to position the cribbage board on the live edge board, and the absence of a straight edge also make placing the project on the CNC a challenge. No problem. This video will help you with both of those issues.

It’s all about the template

We’ve provided you with DXF and VCarve files for two-hole and three-hole cribbage boards, and for the templates you need to lay them out on live edge slabs. The templates allow you to work through where you want to locate the game board, and help you position the live edge board on your machine.

The hardware you need

Use a 1/8” upcut spiral router bit for make the holes, and a 45-degree V bit for the skunk like. Done forget the 1/8” cribbage pins.
